If anyone needs an image to be transparent, an old Pokemon sprite re-vamped or a new sprite de-vamped, a Pokemon City/Town/Route Map, and a bunch of other things like filters, signature requests, image manipulations, just tell me in this thread. Check all the below templates to see how you're supposed to request them:

Transparency- Just give an image that you want transparent and tell me what parts you want transparent

Revamp/Devamp- Which Pokemon sprite from which generation and which colors from which generation

City/Town/Route Maps- DETAILS!!! What I mean is tell me what type of buildings go where, little details such as grass, flowers, people, etc. and I'll make them on RPG Maker XP with a revamped Johto tile-set, so don't complain which buildings you get

Filtered Images- Just give me an image and request a filter, like a color glow, drop shadow, art filters, ocean ripples and other stuff along the lines of that

Signature Requests- The toughest thing to request, again, give a bunch of details, like what image(s), effects, filters, borders, layer options, shape, BG color, main signature color (black+white, all colors, tinted, etc.) text+word art, and any other minor things to do

Image Manipulations- Give me an image, such as your room, for example, and tell me what to do with it. I remember I changed the color of my couch and wall, once, so you may request a similar manipulation

I'll try to "understand" most of your requests as best as I can. I might add more different options/requests after you guys suggest it or I could add one if I come up with one...

I hope this is detailed enough:

Can I have an avatar with a "miny" version of the Latias in the banner you made for me? Like dilate it by .5 or something to be less than or equal to 100x100 pixels. With a light to medium mist in the backround of Latias to represent Mist ball. If it isn't detailed enough, just tell me, I'll try to make it better

Is it possible to find a picture of mist, like a waterfall mist and add the layer of mist and a new layer with your avatar that you made just now? BTW it's good, I like the size of it

Yeah it's better but, is it possible to make the mist a little more noticeable? Like a light blue, but not too light, like a blue or tealish color? Sorry about bothering you like this
